Cancellation policy
Consultations
Every new client has a consultation before their first treatment. The consultation fee is deducted from the cost of your treatment, whether you have it on the same day or at a later appointment [booked within 30 days].
If, after your consultation, Amy decides a treatment isn't suitable for you, she'll explain why and suggest alternatives where appropriate.
Cancelling or rearranging
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. You can do this by emailing us at Theivoirieclinic@gmail.com
Cancellations with 48 hours' notice or more will be refunded in full or moved to a new appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will lose their consultation fee or deposit.
We understand that emergencies happen, and we'll always consider exceptional circumstances.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or rearrange your appointment so we don't delay other clients. In that case, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
Age
We only treat clients aged 18 and over.
Your right to cancel
When you book online, you have 14 days to cancel and receive a full refund. If your appointment takes place within those 14 days, you agree at booking that it can go ahead, and the cancellation policy above will apply.
Treatment Courses of 3 or more
Payment
Treatment courses are paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your discounted course price.
Booking your sessions
Your remaining sessions will be booked with you at your first appointment, spaced at the recommended intervals for your treatment. If you need to change a date, please contact us. Do not rebook online, as this may charge you again.
Using your course
All sessions must be used within 6 months of your first appointment. Unused sessions after this time will expire.
Cancelling or rearranging a session
Our standard 48-hour notice period applies to every session in your course. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend, that session will be counted as used.
Cancelling your course
If you decide to stop your course, sessions already received will be charged at the single-session price and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Example: Skinvive Face course (£860). After one session (£320), a refund of £540 would be given.
Medical reasons
If our practitioner advises that you should not continue treatment for medical reasons, any unused sessions will be refunded in full at the course rate.
Price changes
Once your course is paid for, your price is fixed, even if our prices change.
Transfers
Courses are for the named client only and cannot be transferred to another person.
Cancelling within 14 days of booking
If you booked online, you may cancel your course within 14 days of purchase. If you've already had a session in that time, it will be charged at the single-session price and the balance refunded.
